Return and refund policy
How to return
Email us at hola@clarabolsa.com with your order number, date of purchase, first name, last name, and email address. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
365-day warranty
Our bags are guaranteed for 365 days against manufacturing defects (stitching, zipper, material). If your bag breaks, develops a hole, or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or a simple change of mind.
