Welcome to Clara Bolsa. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ISSO GOUNY LLC, which operates this site (“Clara Bolsa”). By visiting our site and/or making a purchase, you use our “Service” and agree to these terms (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the site. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.

Your content (excluding card information, which is always encrypted) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to the technical requirements of networks. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

We are not responsible if information on the site is not accurate, complete or up to date. The content is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for any decision. We may change the content at any time without any obligation to update it.

Section 18 - Product variations and appearance
Our products are made in small batches: each item may show slight cosmetic variations compared with the photos, videos or advertisements. These may include: small differences in shade, transparency or finish; a CLARA logo that may be absent or vary slightly in position, size or colour; slight variations in stitching, zips or secondary details. These differences are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. The product's functionality, capacity, dimensions, compartments and use always remain the same.

Section 19 - Product condition on arrival
Because of the compact packaging and international shipping, it is normal to receive your product slightly creased, marked by folds, or not having perfectly kept its shape. Don't worry: as you use it and fill it, it fully regains its original shape over the following weeks. Refunds, returns or claims based solely on the following are therefore not accepted: small cosmetic differences compared with the photos or videos; the absence or variation of the CLARA logo; a product received creased or folded (it regains its shape with use).
